We are sorry you have chosen to cancel your reservation. Please fill in the form below and a Shades of Green representative will finalize your reservation cancellation. A cancellation confirmation response will be sent via e-mail within the next 5-7 business days. Thank you for considering Shades of Green for your Orlando vacation needs and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.

Please Note: Shades of Green requires 30 days notice to cancel a reservation without penalty. For more information on the Shades of Green cancellation policy, please click on booking rules. All other Disney area resorts require 7 days notice to cancel a reservation without penalty. In either case, if you are within the noted cancellation period, you will lose your 1-night deposit. If you are canceling a reservation outside of the cancellation period, expect a full refund of your deposit within the next 4-6 weeks.
